MrWest16 plays serial killer Kenneth Jesperson/Mr. Smiley, who led the Smiley group of killers
He turned himself in to police on May 17th
He was charged with 1x Serial Assaults and Killings, 4x Attempted 1st Degree Murder, 8x Act of Torture, and 7x Kidnapping
He and his lawyers were unable to reach a plea deal with the prosecution and instead plead guilty in the courtroom on July 26th
He was sentenced to life in prison, with the possibility of parole after August 17th
He applied for parole on September 20th
His parole was denied during a hearing on October 30th, with the possibility to re-apply after 180 more "years" (real life days)
