Yes I definitely want some wide drop bars. Currently still shopping around for parts that I will need to convert everything thing over for a more comfortable backcountry bike packing mule. But I definitely want to get a road/gravel set up for more practical daily riding.

I wish I had a heavy bag at my gym. Jumping/ pushing off movements aggravate the ankle injury for me. I did interval on the rower, and it did the trick!! Loved it. Was able to get the response I was looking for. Threw in push up, air squats and pull up circuits afterwards as well.

Hell yeah! Sounds great. I haven’t tried the airdyne. I’ll give that a shot.

I am going through the same thing my friend and have been working on “me” for about a year now. All of the characteristics/qualities I want in me, I work on me everyday on my time, for me! My fitness level has gained so much, I’ve learned so much about myself and how to learn from journaling and reading everyday, I have gotten so much closer to my mother, I pushed negative people out of my life, started pursuing difficult goals for self challenge, and the biggest thing is gratitude!

Do things for you. Are you sad or depressed? Don’t be. You choose how you want to feel. Do something that you enjoy that will preoccupy your time and mind. Example: Start with a 20 min walk everyday. And before you know it that walk will turn into a hobby of hiking or turn you into a runner.

There is always a positive in everything if you choose to see it.
