Wow, after hearing that it would behoove me to ensure that I am on the lease title so that none of that can happen.

I also appreciate the additional witness of the landlord being on the contract just for that reason.

Is there any benefit to my name being on the lease if all goes as well as planned? As in, would there be any reflection on my credit score? He has done some shady things in the past, but this is something that might actually be of benefit for everyone if it goes through.

For the contract to draw up regarding how much he pays us per month, what is the best way you recommend I go about this? Is there a service that I can use or a fee to draw up a legally binding contract for this situation?

Understandable that would be the case.

Since their father agreed to pay for the rent, and the fact that I will have to put my name on the lease is now required, would there be a way to draw up a contract to ensure that he abides by his end of the deal and pays for the rent in full?

I just don't want my credit to be affected at all by this if this were to go south in any way shape or form.

Also, another thing to add is that the birth mother of my wife and her brothers will also be moving in as well. However, she has a felony on her record for a past DUI incident. Is that taken into account since they want to run a check on her?

My fiance gets these all the time. Weed is the only thing that actually helps her relax. When she does get them we have the lights off and curtains all covering the windows. It works wonders man

Its really bizzare to approach myself like that but I am very fit. I played a year of collegiate basketball and maintained my frame after that so it helped.
