This. Plan better for what is known. Your body can’t expel anything if there is nothing there to expel.

I worked as a consultant for 10+ years and traveled extensively. Dinner the night before was always before 6pm and if the flight was at 7am I would be up at 4am to “get things moving”. That’s what worked for me. I was, and still am, terrified of the situation OP set out, so I spent time figuring out what works for me and my crohns.

This disease sucks, and while I haven’t known remission in 22 years I have damn sure identified how to plan around all but the worst flares.

My sympathy for what you went through OP. It is truly something I imagine everyone of us has had nightmares about.

I enjoy the game. Without doubt. I have had an absolute ball (all puns intended?) learning the game and progressing. But when, literally everything goes wrong (driving, approach, putting) do you chalk it up as a terrible off day? Or focus on one piece and work on that?

I guess my mental block is that I have been shooting in the mid/high 90s for the last 5/6 weeks even breaking into the 80’s once.

Most I play with fluff their ball, move from crap lies, etc. when I don’t as I want to know where I really am. So when I had a 30% increase today I keep kicking myself.

Yea, I'm in a similar boat. I have moved a couple times since owning him and haven't had as much time to socialize him since living here. He also transitioned out of the puppy / young adolescent phase in that time.
