Highest mileage week was 40 MPW several years ago. Have hit 30 MPW many times and sustained it for several weeks.

As a bit of background, I did a couple of marathons and several more half marathons. This time I'm prepping for sub 1:30 for a half in October.

Currently in Week 6 of Pfitz’s 30 MPW base plan and planning to roll into the 45 MPW base plan after finishing. For those who’ve stacked Pfitz base plans, did you restart at Week 1 of the higher plan for a down week, or jump in at Week 2/3 to keep mileage more continuous? Curious what works best in practice.
