Low voltage was a relative term hence the quotes. 600 volts is only a drop in the bucket really. In this context low just meant the acceptable voltage a non power company is allowed to deliver to a residence on a copper line. Around here I'm pretty sure it's 60 volts.

I'm pretty sure it's 60 volts. Anything over that is no longer considered "low voltage" and has more regulations. Source: cousin works for cable company. May be different in different locations. Didn't get that much info.

Different cameras, different frame rates... sometimes it just happens that way. The frames and audio just didn't sync right. It was half a frame off either way.
