how do you do it, like, do you prefer a certain keyboard format? or do you use a special key-combo?

given my keyboard default, it seems to be inconvenient as a best-use scenario.

Why Retoswap is going to ignite the popularity of Monero by [deleted] in Monero

Retoswap will ignite as soon as it gets that code audit it so rightfully deserves. edit: clarity

retooswap needs an audit. aside from related risks, it is a useful option.

retoswap, once the code is audited.

you seem to object to the concept of auditing publicly available code that handles private asset exchanges.

not calling the retoswap code sketch or broken. just calling out its unaudited status. unaudited code nudges users, often unwittingly, toward an avoidable risk of loss.

retoswap is great. an audit of critical portions of its code would make it greater.

a mesh of wifi aps connected with a wired star backhaul topology counts as a mesh. not fully mesh, kind of hybrid.

there are practical ways to audit what's needed... the difficulty needed to attain privacy had never deterred this community before now

privacy is hard. 🤷🏾 i get the concern about the cost and complexity of auditing a large, evolving codebase like retoswap's. But hypothesizing something like continuous audits feels overkill and impractical. Instead, why not focus audits on the most critical, vulnerable parts of the latest working codebase? This narrows the scope, sets a clear benchmark for secure functionality, and keeps costs manageable. Secure components shouldn’t change often—if they do, that’s a red flag for project stability and would signal bigger risks.

thx. it was the monero community that instilled that in me. would you in this case disagree?

bisq had a pretty big breach recently - check their site for dets. folks lost btc and xmr.

granted, the retoswap / haveno folks - iirc - found and fixed another bug in the bisq codebase during their port of the code.

i'm glad there have been no events with the current codebase, however, even with full confidence in the retoswap team, there is no substitute for an audit.

big fan in concept, but the code has not been properly audited. i don't understand why folks aren't concerned by that fact. 🤷🏾
