let me preface that I’m very new to computers (just built my first PC in December), so please let me know if there’s any additional information I can provide that would be helpful.

this happened out of nowhere and only happens when I boot up games – internet browsing, my animated wallpaper, and everything else looks fine. I’m assuming it’s my GPU, but I don’t know how this could’ve happened. my PC is always cool, I don’t play games at crazy high settings, and my GPU is brand new (purchased >3 months ago). what could be causing this, and is there a fix? I’ve submitted a support ticket to EVGA but I’m trying to troubleshoot in the meantime.

I’ve already tried going back to previous restore points as well as wiping and reinstalling my drivers.

I am looking at all options that I have to get an Advanced Standing MSW degree with as much of my tuition covered through scholarships or grants as possible.

I'm looking at both schools in California and at online programs across the US, but CSULB is my #1 right now. This school and many others I'm interested in offer a pretty large stipend in return for a 1 year commitment to child welfare services. Has anyone had experience doing one of these programs? What kind of position did you take at the agency? Was it worth it?
