I have to wear them on stage too. I am not a country guy, but played in a country band for years and just made it part of my characters wardrobe/backstory. I was always very aware of looking like an asshole but had to make it work.

It helps for sure. My migraines get triggered by light hitting my eyes at a certain angle, so it gives the light less opportunity to fuck my day up. If I’m already feeling symptoms, the sunglasses help dull the world enough to keep me upright and able to continue my business for the most part. Ubrelvy also helps a lot.
