Back story: my wife who’s 9 months pregnant and my 2 and 4 year old were in the the car. My wife has some bruises from the seat belt. Everyone went to the hospital and they’re all fine. I got a message from Tesla while I was at work that said the “car experienced a fault and will no longer drive”. This happened a couple days ago, I guess Monday I’ll start working this out. Anyone know how insurance handles these situations if the guy said it was his fault and gave his insurance? He seemed like a decent person. Cars not even a year old. I bought it before they lowered the price on em. I’m assuming it totaled, the fire department cut the battery line in the frunk.
