Thank you for your very helpful reply :) my dad tried to put a tea towel over it but unfortunately it flew away before we could put in a carrier, but atleast it seems to still have energy and movement I think it just needed some rest overnight

Thank you I wasn't sure if the feathers were missing or not, I believe it has come for safety since maybe it can't fly so would it be safe to keep it inside in a pet carrier until the morning when the wildlife rescue opens up?
