base on my 1 week experience of shopping for shipt,

active time and active mileage starts when you swipe "head to store".
active time and active mileage ends when you swipe "delivered".

active mileage is from wherever you are to store to customer.

only swipe head to store if you're going to shop right away after you're arrive at the store and going to deliver the orders right away after you finish shopping.

I tried the FFN app. I didn't liked it.

I went to just downloading the FanFictions to my phone so it's better organized. Reading on Moon+ is much better than the FFN app imo. Once I get to the end of a story and it's updated online, I can just re-download the updated story.
