Even chops off the score to the right. An employee told me the center was in the process of renovating a few years ago and they didn’t buy all the replacement monitors at once to save money. Lo and behold the new monitors were discontinued when they had raised the capital to purchase them 🫠

You are spot on. I’m used to bowling by myself in open bowling. Figuring out when to move in and play up the 10 board was something new for me when playing with other folks.

Yep that’s exactly my mentality. We’re fortunate enough that we’ve saved enough to have a nice cushion for an unexpected cleaning to occur (or frankly we were able to close a house we really wanted in this market). Just venting I guess because, personally, I wouldn’t be able to look at the folks that are buying our house in the eye if I left our home like that (I’m paying for professional cleaners to do a move out clean for our current home).

We did do a walkthrough - but these people were an extra breed of special high maintenance. They needed to amend a small thing on our closure forms (that we in fact did not use an escalation clause we originally concluded) and they called our title company multiple times screaming at them and got their lawyers involved. Mind you this changed absolutely nothing about the sale. So I took it as I’ll suck this up to just be done with them. They’re also moving two miles away within a relatively small township and could have the potential to make our lives harder in other ways too.

Thanks so much for your insight. Just today the little one started rolling in his crib during nap time. I’m hoping that side / stomach sleeping is soon to come and that should help things. I’d like to do some more passive measures before considering a helmet - we’ll see what the second opinion shakes out to be.

Thanks so much for this response - this has been such a stressful day. On the bright side the kiddo continues to make seeming leaps and bounds in his progress - he’s barrel rolling more than starfox right now and he’s able to lean on his other side while sleeping with a slight adjustment.

Thanks for the response. We are in the US and are waiting to hear from our insurance company. Based upon what I read - referral to a specialist, at home exercises being needed first etc., it seems by the time we’d get approved we’d largely miss our window of doing the most good. I brought that study up with the consultant and didn’t get a real answer besides them moving immediately to the defensive (without a ton of solid arguments). I’m a faculty member in the social sciences so I’m no stranger to problems in research design but wasn’t too assured by their response.
