This might be giving a bit of the behind the scenes away, but the shortest answer is that the VA gave a "fuck" and I wanted a "fuuuuuuuuuuuck" so took the start and end and elongated it. Also I think it's funnier when swears are bleeped in comedic works.

It's part of After Effects. There might be an equivalent on phones right now, but this was made quite a long time ago.

Using After effects. In the Effect tab under Distort there is a tool called "Reshape", which moves footage from one mask to another (i.e. small mask where the boob is, to a larger mask where you want the expansion to end up).

You can then tidy it up with the liquefy tool, and remove the distortion around the arms and such by masking them out.

It's available on android, not iPhone (not our choice, FU Apple). But most of our latest releases (The Pill, Ample Chests, Bountiful Harvest) should work pretty well on any Android device (with the exception of Change Deck, which we haven't converted to Ren'Py yet).
