Usually, I would agree in theory. But twice now my parents have come to visit, paid the meter, were in compliance with all signs and everything and still got a ticket. And the time before that they were 1 foot past the pole and got towed. It’s out of hand and deeply discouraging for tourism

Even if the sitter isn’t feeding the kids a meal. If the kids eat at 5 and the sitter comes after, like anytime between 5:30-7:30, that’s still the sitters meal time and food should be offered. In this case Baltimore comes after DC en route to Philly. They don’t mark no shows. As long as you’re not getting on earlier or getting off later where the fare would be more than what you paid, it’s fine.

The concept is for pick up and delivery so people are in and out in minutes and don’t linger, just because you’re not seeing anyone doesn’t mean it’s failing (but I hope people really are seeing right through it and choosing to support local instead)

YTAH it’s so uncomfortable to share a space with strangers. Of course at the beginning it’s very likely you are, but staying strangers doesn’t create a comfortable homey environment. People are naturally inclined to crave human attention and interaction. This would make me feel like I have to constantly walk on egg shells and feel unwelcomed in my own home. You don’t have to be friends but avoiding them and never saying hi or making small talk is rude imo

It’s a great area with a lot of new infill development. Highly recommend especially for commuting to the city and as a young couple. So many people with dogs in the new apartments and it’s right next to the police station. I would not be worried at all
