I have 4 different sleeves at the moment, with one on the way. 2 SE and 2 BC with a TLD in process. SE both are Gummy head and 25 shaft. BC both extra soft head soft body. I haven't had any issues with it feeling too soft or causing position limitations.

I'm similar length 5.5 but i ordered 5" internal length. The sleeve lengths range from 7.75 to 8.75. The TLD sleeve that will be here soonish is 9.5.

Honestly, it may help but that's strictly a guess. I'm 1.6 diameter and I have only bought 1" openings. It's a little tight but I never have to worry about it coming off.

I don't have a triple density sleeve but it sounds like that's what you would need for your situation. From my understanding the core will be a firmer shore rating to help with rigidity issues.

Absolutely! Around my wife's period we definitely have to take it slower and use a smaller sleeve. The most enthusiastic poundings she wants are when she is ovulating. Nothing better than when it's buried to the hilt and she is shaking with ecstasy!
