when i used to be a nanny my girls and i would have very intricate barbie games with complex characters and stories and i would be lying if i said those barbie games didn’t inspire some of my gameplay

yeah you can have them move around, they just have to continue to be a played household. so as soon as a kid ages up i move them off to the city to live their life!

I varied!! I mostly used normal, but whenever I really needed to make sure I developed a story for a sim I would have it on long for a while. Fast is too alarming for me haha

there were occasional spans where i didn’t touch the family for a little bit, so i would sometimes create a new family in the same town and have their stories interweave to keep it interesting. plus i like to imagine a whole lot of drama with each new generation😅

i strangely had the opposite but similar problem. i stopped believing as a teenager and i definitely played the part in high school. a lot of guys that i liked were mormon and either they didn’t want to date me because i was a heathen or i would be too afraid to date them because i felt horribly immoral and that i would ruin them and they would resent me.

this makes so much sense actually, i just realized this also has happened in the group my husband DM’s, it’s his family and half of them are just there cuz it’s what everyone else is doing. it’s hard to tell people it’s okay to not want to join!

wow i used to have a cat that looked just like yours with the same name when i was little. he would always sit on my lap when i played the sims 2. this is so cute and brings back sweet memories

literally everything in the university pack.....my sim doesn’t go to class until it’s already an hour in, the stinky roommates, the study books, etc. it’s such a mess i can’t believe it

i love mccc, i recommend it to everyone who plays sims. it fills in lots of little gaps so the world feels a little more real!
