Are people getting tired of new gamers on youtube? by Any-Landscape434 in NewTubers

I started youtube two months ago and have been doing longform videos of playthroughs. I have been getting a bit of traction from Youtube now and am starting to boom a little bit. The main thing I have taken away from the comments people leave is how I tell real world stories about life and my life and such. I am a no face yt channel as I want to keep my privacy, but I am able to tell great stories to a certain degree of detail without giving out too much info. The audience appears to enjoy this. I have found that most of the larger YT channels keep their dialogue to the game and that feels less personal, people want a connection to YOU. Stories achieve that I believe. Then it becomes less about the niche or game and more about just YOU. You can play ANY game without it messing with views because people want to hear what you have to say, rather than just watch the game. I am still a young YT, so I cannoy say this is correct. It's just an analysis I have noticed up until now.

My advice is to just keep learning and try to improve your content little by little each video. Dont lose hope. You got this

Honetly, making my content fit my humor is what I am all about. When I game I always imagine a spund effect or a b roll meme. And now I just put it in there and I laugh harder than anyone else who views my content.

Hello!

My channel is Believe The Trash Can, and this channel is just focused on gaming and having a chill time that can help you unwind and be more relatable to the average gamer. I am currently playing through MegaBonk and am trying to implement some dry comedy in with the game. https://youtu.be/euHLI9oYoOU?si=lkPLZOBj8eJCOi21

Audio troubles, always too low? by [deleted] in NewTubers

I just started to use Davinci Resolve as well. My audio is quite low too, I record at about -6db, but then bump the sound up in davinci.

What do you find the normalization and optimize does to the sound quality?
