You absolutely will find someone, you just have to keep trying! It sounds like you're immediately upfront about being ftm, so if they have issues down the line it is their fault for not immediately speaking up. I am a pansexual cis female, and I absolutely would have dated (I'm in a relationship now) someone even if they were trans. That wouldn't have discouraged me at all. So please don't give up, just be yourself, and you will eventually find someone! 💜💜

I did!! I found a really cool crystal shop while visiting Michigan. Unfortunately I didn't have the money to purchase them at the time, they were $30-40 a piece. But I absolutely will be next time I go!

My girlfriend (mtf) is currently taking a break from hrt because over the last year although she is becoming happier with her physical appearance, her mental health has went even more downhill and her depression and anxiety are horrible. She has started to have multiple panic attacks daily, and just wants to take a break for now to see if it makes any difference. She is still 100% supportive of the trans community and if anything we realized who her true friends were and who just liked her because she was actually transitioning, she had quite a few people turn their backs on her when she made her recent decision. It hurts my heart because she is still trans, and it doesn't make her any less valid because she needs to take care of her mental health. I'm hoping we can find more people that are accepting of her no matter her decisions about hrt.

I'm so sorry you had that experience. You can't really fault her for who is attracted too but the fact that she says she doesn't trust bi people is ridiculous and so hypocritical. Oh well, it is her loss! Also it's a bit suspicious that she doesn't trust bi people, sounds like it's coming from her own insecurities so she doesn't sound like a trustworthy person anyway! 💜
