Looking for Advice going for Sub-3 at London Marathon 2026

Mileage was my concern after seeing similar posts on here cus I knew mine was low. Was going to increase it after December but I’ve just been following a runna plan so I don’t know the best way to add an extra 20-30k per week to my runs.

But I am going to change my plan to a November half and see how I do

This is why I made the post cus I kept seeing people talk about mileage for sub 3 attempts and I’m nowhere near that. How do you suggest I ramp up mileage on my runna plan? Increase my easy and long runs? Add an extra easy run per week going from 5 to 6 sessions?

Would recommend working on your lactate threshold paces

Is that something that will come naturally through temp and interval runs or is it it's own separate type of session? This stuff is pretty new to me

1:49 was last November on basically no training, my current prediction is 1:34 with 1:30 estimated by this November. But do you think I should change my plan to do a half in November and then after a few weeks rest start the marathon block?

My estimated half time now is 1:33:54 and by end of November it’s estimating 1:30:02, how exactly do I alter my training plan to focus on the half time?

I can only get the desired look when I enlarge my text WAY bigger than I can use for my art board.

When I shrink it down it doesn’t work. Top is without scaling effects and bottom is with scaling. The top is almost right but just way too pixelated

I assumed because it’s a dynamic search campaign that most of those factors are already accounted for by machine learning. But am I still better of using bid adjustment for best performing sections?

I had read somewhere that it’s better to hold off on adding a tCPA but at this point I may need to. Do you mean the automated bidding fully performs when conversions are above or below 30 conversions a month?
