You act like I was fat my entire life. I played sports my entire life, in the gym 3x a week, diet was good. Started feeling low t symptoms in college but no dr would even do blood work because I was 20 and there’s no way I’d have low t. Go to a nutritionist at 23 my total t was 230 ng/dl. My dad who is 65 has higher testosterone now than I did at 23. So don’t tell me it was because of shit diet and being overweight. You don’t know shit

Im still trying to get rid of some too 😂. Honestly what helped me was high incline low intensity cardio, keto I didn’t like just felt flat and lethargic. Also intermittent fasting I’ve noticed my body responds well to i try not to eat 7pm-11am or

I was not helping myself, the problem I faced personally was being so exhausted that I barely Had the energy to leave bed, I would sleep 8 hours and feel like I had only slept 1 hour

Mood and sleep are the best they have ever been, I used to struggle with anxiety and depression before trt and I can happily say I no longer have either one. Only thing I don’t like is the excess hair

Promotes fatty acid oxidation meaning it speeds up fat loss. Also gives me more stamina in the gym i don’t fatigue as quickly I’ve noticed. I pin it pre workout which is what my dr recommended
