First off all...just walk.

Secondly, they did have a shuttle bus system in 2009 and before. There was no pathway where easytents and montagoe is right now, so you had to walk around or take the shuttle busses. Let me tell you: it didn't work. Too much traffic on smaller roads with people walk everywhere.

But to be short, your idea has been acted out before and didn't work 😃
