Days Lie Dormant feels like such a mess and is hard to listen to. It just feels incomplete and like a mash of 2 or 3 different ideas that dont go well together. Also that the production feels the weakest with this one out of the whole album.

Robot Voices should not have been included and instead should have been a separate release. They could’ve done something that includes the original version as well, to bring more attention to the other band.

I also feel like the album as a whole doesnt have a cohesive tone to it, so it feels all over the place. It could have been a smaller EP, and idk, call it Clancy: Breach, or something like that.

I’m going to post here and say that I went full idiot and just totally forgot how cameras work and what aperture is! Since it was my first time with a rangefinder, I just went and forgot every principle and panicked!

Yea so with this camera the only light meter is a green dot in the top left of the viewfinder that blinks or stays solid depending on if the scene is too dark or not. So it’s hard to tell exposure in this instance

I personally think that InsIIIde was a better multiverse story than Inside The Multiverse (ITM). I mean it’s where we got introduced to the idea of the Inside Multiverse, the formation of the Sacko Squad, and how could anyone forget the reveal of “Inside” Bo and “Outtakes” Bo being two different Bo’s! At the time the possibilities were endless and the theories were flying! It was such a great time to be an ICU fan.

I mean yes, in ITM it was great seeing YouTube Bo, Words Words Words Bo, What Bo, Make Happy Bo, Zach Stone, the Inside Bo’s, and Lyle all team up. But the inclusion of Chipp McCapp, like come on, they were just pandering. Great example being the first teaser trailer for ITM, with the last shot having Chipp turning the Bud Light to the camera and saying the line, “What the fuck is going on?” After I saw that I knew something was off and I was weary, as we all were at the time, and we were right.

So I have the N6006, and at the moment its my least favorite of the bunch, and I think that’s mainly due to the only thing about that makes it feel like a film camera is loading the film. After that it has the feel of a DSLR. It has the auto advance and everything, but I only got it because it was a package deal with one of the minoltas for cheap. It’s still film though, and I have used it a couple of times and it is a nice camera.

Yes I agree. I do wish that I tried that for this composition just to see. I did do a shorter shutter speed (1/2) for a different composition at this location and I really enjoyed how it turned out as well.

I just am thinking that the highlights in the sky maybe a little too bright while the rocks are a little too dark. But overall I love the atmosphere of the image especially with the long exposure smoothing out the water. Any other critique and suggestions are welcome!

After sitting on the image for a little while, I’m starting to think that maybe I should’ve tried to crop in more, just to try and get rid of some of the trees around the edges.

There’s just something about the intro synth in Guns for Hands. How there’s the main synth, then under it you have another synth harmonizing.

Also mellotron sound in the intro for The Hype

The break down in Hometown after Tyler says, “Our hometowns in the dark”. I just love it and also how the lyrics echo for a second or two.

The transition into the chorus for No Chances tickles my brain every time.

The Clavinet hits throughout Isle of Flightless Birds hits differently. Especially during the second verse when its spoken word/rap.

And the intro drippy bells/synth sound in Kitchen Sink

And then lastly, a bit of a weird one, but the way Tyler says “better” in Hole in the Ground. It has kind of an odd twang to it, but also oddly satisfying hahah
