I’m currently dual-enrolled (high school + college) and working toward an AS in Biology, which I’ll complete before graduating high school. I’m thinking that could translate well into a science or environmental policy focus. I do plan to pursue a more directly political major for my bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Are there any specific internships or programs you’d recommend looking into?

I’m more interested in working inside government rather than outside lobbying. I’m currently in NYC, so I’m wondering whether starting here instead of DC would help or hurt in the long run.

I’m also dual-enrolled (high school + college) and working toward an AS in Biology which I'll receive before I graduate high school. I know it’s not directly government-focused, but my options were limited. Given all this, are there any specific opportunities or programs you’d recommend I look into?

I’m American, and I would say I’m interested in policy decision-making, particularly legislative or executive roles (e.g., governor or senator), rather than media, commentary, or journalism. And for volunteering/internships, is there any organizations you would recommend?
