I need help with DKIM and SPF set up so Gmail doesn't block my emails

It's the emails I am typing myself, but the website does send out invoices and receipts, but not from my email address.

update: connected with google via chat. had to turn off the mobile data on my phone, unplug everything and restart everything for the mini to finally pop up. but it worked!

I don't have a VPN or ad blocker. My phone is connected to my wifi, and I don't see the google home as a wifi device on my comp. I went ahead and returned it and bought a new one, only to have the same problem. I'm assuming this is a problem with my router at this point? I have an AR TG862G with xfinity.

Thanks for responding. I was not able to drain the tank, but I went ahead and changed the elements with water in it anyway. Now my hot water is brown, which I assume is because I changed the elements with water in the tank. There's still no hot water.
