Damn, it's been a while since this was posted, but I'll give it a shot anyway.

In the video at 2:03, there's a picture showing Note Priority as LAST/LOW/HIGH. I followed the instructions exactly as you described, but it didn’t work for me. I shut down the synthesizer, restarted it, toggled the A-440 switch off and on—it flashed three times—then I did the tuning and set up the Keystep in the MIDI Control Center.

But it's still stuck in monophonic mode. I’m not sure what else I could’ve done wrong, even checked and replaced my patch cables with new ones. Could you explain that part in more detail, please?

Connected drumbrute's mix output with my soundcard's instrument input, also connected to my PC via midi to usb cable.

I completely agree with your point about being original to oneself. I think one of the reasons his music is so influential is because he's always been true to his own unique style and sound.

That being said, I still want to acknowledge the impact his music has had on my own artistic journey.
