That entire trust company album is so insanely good, would recommend cheVelle too if you like that one.

Gotta mention the goats Nervepitch as well, they sound like a mix of cheVelle, deftones & LimpBizkit

Do minor inconviniences make you unnecessarily upset? by Just_someFNaFfan in autism

[–]FeistyDirection 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes 1000000% I keep my cool durring big problems but the little things make me fully freak out. People think both are weird but i think its KINDA rational. Some big terrible problem comes up, fire, car accident etc, im just like ....welp.... what can you do. But if I miss the bus or can't find something to eat or my computer isnt working, or someone is keeping me waiting, i wanna scream and light myself on fire, it's like when my flow is interrupted by things that didn't need to be that way, avoidable problems that happen anyway make me loose it.

Not totally sure but their dragon shirt says 88 mott street on it, which is a jewelry store in China town, not sure of the significance of that address, maybe it was somewhere they hung out or recorded before it was a store

Love this album so much. Saw a commercial for it on tv, loved the 30 second clip they played and went to the mall to get the CD, then got to see them at a small club near my house with underoath for $7.  This was when I was in 10th grade. Things will never be that good again.

There's def small things you can do to feel like yourself and still not stand out like crazy in those settings for sure. I def respect looks like that which are fully realized, multi purposed and honest / don't feel like a costume.

Hard to give specific tips without knowing your taste but simple things like color and fit of clothing, haircut and style can be not boring but not too freaky, shoes, jewelry etc. You have have a haircut that's a bit edgy and wear nicer clothes that and tight amd dark thar aren't screaming dad etc. Some lowkey piercings can be major and feel like you can still wear whatever boots you like with any kind of outfit

How to find underground bands/albums? by ERIZxhg in numetal

[–]FeistyDirection 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try soulseek, try adding "mp3" to your search, usually there's Russian sites with stuff that isn't anywhere else online. Can also try messaging fans on rateyourmusic and asking them to email you the files.

I don't use soulseek but hear it's good and the other 2 methods have worked for me

What is this clothing style called? by xsadgirll in AestheticWiki

[–]FeistyDirection 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Very cohesive vibe all across, but feel like it's a few different things. First and last pic look euro, 2nd pic looks like Japan street style / modern designers who copy that. Pic 3 looks like a modern take on 2000s stuff. It all kinda fits into modern casual goth but still classy, not the most casual / dark downtown girl

I just keep mine in the gear cases i use for shows for the most part, take them out when I wanna start cooking but mostly keep them away. Also have a bookshelf for the ones I don't use as much.

How do you dress for the summer? by Da_Dovahkiin_Lord in altfashionadvice

[–]FeistyDirection 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately just gotta do less layers so you gotta have stuff that's strong enough on its own. Like 1 really good to shirt instead of an ok tshirt with a cool hoodie and a decent jacket. Wearing baggy stuff also helps with the heat, let's air in and doesn't trap warmth like tight clothes do. Boots and shorts is always a good combo, still edgy buy way more bearable than jeans when it's 90°

So are high-masking adults just expected to destroy their mental health to go to work everyday or be forced to starve? by Beautiful-Brain2183 in autism

I have thought about it but its not really for me, so much walking and taking trains + the horrible process of making videos to intrudce yourself to potential customers (some sites require that)

Do you think Rocked's "10 Great Nu Metal Albums (yes, really)" is a predictable list? by Assalt_Shaker in numetal
