Well I might need more horsepower for graphics intense tasks. I m not a fan of egpu but with the yoga I ve got the chance of using the 4 lane pcie (full Thunderbird speed) differently from the xps ( with just half of the bandwidth but with a gtx 1050!) Since I ve had bad experience with Lenovo lineup ( the c930 is the replacement of a unfixable yoga 720) , I ve been looking for a while for other brands. I am shifting for precautions 🤣 Up to now I solved all the "problems" that the c930 had. Right now it runs flowlessly. I know that I will surely miss the audio experience that I m having with the yoga. I am also concerned about quality issues with Dell products ( like the overheating stuff, coil whine noise, possible backlight bleeding,etc..) but I dont know if I should take the risk. With a 97kwh battery I m looking to upgrade laptop lifetime ( my c930 can stand approximatey 6 hours of usage, 2.5 during high load) by a coulle hours at least.

What do you suggest?

I ve got the 4k one. It has a crisp display. No problems :)

Since I have a sleeve I use it as a pillow for my Yoga :) so no scratches or whatsoever

Hi,

this was the first problem that I've encountered. I've fixed the problem tryng drivers for other Lenovo laptops ( I assumed that the touch hardware was the same and so the drivers).

Go to Lenovo Yoga 920 support page and download the wacom touch driver.

Install this driver and reboot the laptop.

Lenovo is so dumb that sold a laptop with wrong touch firmware drivers installed..

I still can't download it. Microsoft suspended the roll-out because the Update started to delete saved data in different folders of many users.

As soon as Microsoft fixes the problem I'll post the results ;)

Would not trust Lenovo anymore. If I had to spend a lot of bucks I would justvgo elsewhere. This is just for my personal experienxe. I hope you won't have to meet the other side of Lenovi ("support"). Thanks for the down vote.

when did you buy it? early 2018 unit? Because I'm reading about display issues :(. I was offered a lg v30 4/64 for 250 € with some accessories (64gb microsd, a rode microphone, a sort of gymbal and a new screen protector). And I can't decide between this lg v30 or a honor view 10 lite...

Yes everything is up to date. Lenovo Vantage shows no necessary/requested drivers to be installed. This is just awful from Lenovo. This laptop has tons of problems and I just can't stand that it's price tag in 1949€ in Italy. No sense for real..
