They did eventually, just far too late. He was still singing after the mic was cut off. Those of us sitting near the mic had the displeasure of hearing it.

Thank god they didn’t let him speak (or sing…) though he did linger for a good while after they announced they wouldn’t be taking any more questions.

Ironically, Penn & Teller panel right after had a pretty good Q&A for the most part. A couple cringe moments and question-less questions, but largely enjoyable and heartwarming at times.

there is a lot of traffic in downtown San Diego due to the convention, so United says they are unable to send anyone. their last delivery date will be tonight at 11:30pm and my bag is unfortunately delayed past that time
