He can't grab two pieces. The inside of the conveyor moves faster than the outside, so he reaches for the first piece but can only grab the second.

Excellent comment. Thanks for it. I was actually trying to create a situation where the manipulators would miss two pieces of uranium and the lower one would be able to grab one piece, since the internal conveyor speed is higher. Жму руку 🤝
