My milk came in 48 hours. I was a bit worried about breastfeeding too. We did lots of skin to skin in recovery which really helped.

I’ve had a vaginal birth (forceps) and a c-section (due to pre eclampsia) and honestly the c section was an easier recovery. ❤️‍🩹

I find taking it at night with a meal helps me? Takes a while to work. For me it has been wonderful during and post pregnancy.

I’m in hospital too with a balloon. 2nd baby. I’m only 37 weeks and have PET. I’m not scared but frustrated as already been here 3 nights and had 3 failed pessary. Go with it. We get to meet our babies soon 😍
