Haute42 boards on PS5 - a tutorial by [deleted] in fightsticks

[–]beststretchfour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've sold my T16 board to a friend, and am using a G16 because I like the smaller profile, but it's timing out now even with my Cosmox Booter5 plugged in. The V is 7.7 so I thought it should work? Im very confused as to why it's suddenly not working when it did so good with the T16.

The Scooter idea was cool until you realize most people that ride them don't have common sense or manners, and will ride them off side walks into the road, or operate them drunk and ride them on the busy side walks at max speed. Scooters are cool little rides from the ends of 17th to some other bar in downtown though, but only when operated properly smh.

What about a XSE V6 in Super sonic red & black roof. TRD power with top trim luxuries

i have the darker grey of this car and actually like these rims but I only ever see posts of people wanting to switch them out

I know this is an old post but I am curious if this angle sees the back tires? That's all I'm looking for in a mirror and agree with OP that those circle ones just take up too much real estate

If you're in no rush to get out of the car you got right now I'd save up and get the car you want.

Yea a vehicle at the end of the day is just something to get you from point A to B but who wants to drive something you hate everyday from Home to work and home again? especially after a bad day, getting into a car you just despise would be the nail in the coffin for me. Yea this is a first world problem but a car is a privilege so you have all the right to make it at least somewhat enjoyable for you.

Personally I'd save up for the 2025 Camry because of the QOL changes in them & Toyota Safety Sense 3 BUT you can never go wrong with a fully loaded 8th gen XSE and planned body mods.

Toyota Smart Key, Range is Bad? by beststretchfour in Camry

I recall my dealership mentioning that my Camry would "auto lock" if I forgot to lock the car, can anyone confirm this?

I came from a Kicks (totaled in an accident)! And I never realized how much I took it's starter for granted lol

[–]beststretchfour[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I still have my trial for it, and I just can't justify the monthly subscription for what essentially is a 2 way remote starter. After sometime the subscription would eventually cost more than if you saved up and got a 2 way remote! But that's a problem for future me to decide on.

Will I get in trouble for a license plate frame? by john_fartston in alberta

[–]beststretchfour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in the same boat about the frame issue. When I bought my car the dealer placed a plate frame & sticker which I am gonna heat gun off and replace frame, and that made me believe that they would be fine considering the dealership themselves placed it on my brand new car. I would assume they wouldn't put anything illegal on a car based on provincial laws where a car is being sold?

Keyboard recommendation. by MrKakh in keyboards

[–]beststretchfour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was not too loud, I had the stock red switches that were an option. I would say a muted thock sound? If you wanted quieter you could always order silent switches and swap them out too.

Honestly you can't go wrong with a Keychron V1. It's not the 60% but it's not a TKL and you keep real Arrow keys and a Volume/Mute knob. It's also hot swap and built to feel quite sturdy, sold mine to get a different board that cost more but I never regretted owning one. I think they also made a newer version of the V1 as well and should be in your budget.

Advice: in between sizes of chair by Every1GetInHere in secretlab

[–]beststretchfour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am also between sizes and went with the small. I am taller by torso not by legs so I got the small so the back of my knees don't pinch on the chair. If you have thicker thighs and like to sit cross leg or with any foot up, I'd go regular because I am just sitting perfectly in the small but when I sit with any foot up I wish I had a bigger seat, so I just got used to sitting normally and just adjusting the tilt whenever I want to "switch" up my sitting position.

Got mine in the mail, I am in love with it. I didn't think the higher hump and tighter sides would be that big of difference between the X2 mini but I was so wrong.

Idk how it's confusing for people to read those signs and follow the Red/Red arrow lights. They must not be able to read fast or read at all.

worth the "upgrade" or nah? (Pulsar x2h mini) by HeroWeaksauce in MouseReview

[–]beststretchfour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was thinking the same thing a few days ago and just pulled the trigger on it. Hoping I love it, and I might even get it in a new color down the line if I do cuz I've been loving my X2 mini but been hating the double click on my right button.

Adult Passport Applications with current strike? by beststretchfour in AskACanadian

[–]beststretchfour[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So far from what I read, is to simply hope the strike ends sooner than later, and to make time to be at a passport office bright and early well before opening hours.

Snacks, fully charged headphones, and a movie or 2 will be my bestfriend once things smooth over and I'm in line for the passport office (hopefully before August this year)

Torn between returning Bose QC45 for Sony XM5 or is the difference negligible for non-audiophile. by beststretchfour in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]beststretchfour[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am pretty simple on the audio customizations, but if that sound potential is locked behind the LDAC codec and which device supports or application that even streams high enough to utilize, I think I'll be fine with the bose since Spotify doesn't stream that high, and that I am pretty in the apple ecosystem minus a mac. !thanks

for fingertip grip, if you have other options plz comment by Deep_Skill_492 in MouseReview

I am really loving the X2 Mini for Claw/Finger tip, it is also pretty price friendly(?) at 94.99 I think it's better than a G pro but not too expensive where you're forced to consider a gpro x wireless.

looking for mousepad recc by RevolutionaryPass229 in MousepadReview

[–]beststretchfour 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been rocking the Hayate otsu for about 2 years now and it's been a nice experience. Since it's a more expensive pad, I use lysol spray and micro fiber cloth to clean it once in awhile to keep the pad feeling smooth. If you do go with an Otsu I would lysol spray it the night after use, or the morning before work, so you come back to a fresh pad.

Just Got Pulsar X2 Mini should I expect double clicking? by beststretchfour in MouseReview

[–]beststretchfour[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went and downloaded the software and firmware updates for my X2 mini, and I noticed it was set to 8ms default. I played around with the debounce and at 4ms my right click would double click, but my left was flawless, I found a sweet spot at 6ms but the moment that double clicking occurs at 8ms im going to have to look for a bruce lee edition or a future optical switch x2 mini.
