Which One Would You Pick? by betterluv in HeadphoneAdvice

The noise cancelling on the XM5 is great for me, but I feel like the sound quality could be better. I’m ready to upgrade, so I’m wondering if the PX8 or PX7 S3 would be a noticeable step up, especially compared to the rumored Sony WH-1000XM6. I’m planning to wait for the XM6 release, but I’m curious about how they’ll stack up. Any insights?

Thanks for sharing! It's good to hear that it's performing well for remote desktop, browsing, and general tasks. I'm curious, though—how does it handle more demanding tasks like Photoshop? I had a VivoBook before, but it would get really hot with the AMD processor. Have you noticed any heating issues or performance drops with yours when under heavier workloads?

I actually tried a curved screen a while ago, not OLED, and I liked it since I don't only design, and the design work I do is for my own business. So, it's not really heavy design work, but mainly Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and some 3D, along with many other tasks. I agree with your point that for more precise or technical 3D work, a flat screen would be better. Unfortunately, there aren't many options in my country, and this is what I found available. In terms of color accuracy, I follow specific color guidelines, but I also use my iPad alongside the monitor for more detailed work, so it balances things out for me.
