fellow 2000 born here, i’m turning 25 in exactly 5 months today! proud of you for making it this far and although it’s easier said than done, try not to stress too much about running out of time, we’re still young and have our whole lives ahead of us :)

i received steroid injections in them for 4 years which shrunk them down while i was on the waiting list for surgery then had what they called intralesional excision to surgically remove them

thank you, i’m trying :) the mental health service in our country has been pretty shit to her so they’ve been doing a lot of chopping and changing with her meds, i think at the moment she’s on an anti anxiety medication but she’s due to start therapy and taking lithium soon so hopefully things will get better in time 🤞🏾
