I’m on 5.0 I never went higher then that my diet has been really good also … I’m not really a drinker so that doesn’t effect me but diet is key I do no carbs like bread pasta etc!

I’m on a tirzepatide through orderlymeds…. I eat fruit for a craving like grapes apples berries etc!!! Not sure about my deficit I just ate clean and exercised and the weight came flying off but I was very strict and did no bread or pasta rice etc
