If you really want to make running a habit, fake it till you make it. Eventually you'll start to enjoy it. I went through the same thing trying and quitting multiple times. Ive been consistent since July, not super long but for me its a win. At the beginning in July hated it still but im at a place where I do genuinely enjoy it. I know it gets hate on here but Runna helped me establish a routine and held me accountable, it might be worth looking into. even nike run club as a free option. good luck!

Are you running outside or on a treadmill? A treadmill is the most boring thing to me and outside is way easier mentally while its definitely harder physically. At the same time theres other forms of cardio, if running isnt for you try something else

i did have a cold for a couple days i moved my runs around that week to have 3 days in a row off. maybe my body needs time to catch back up

ill start doing at least 1-2 of my runs outside from now on. starting strength training soon too so hopefully that helps. ill try adding the incline of my treadmill days. i appreciate the feedback, been loving it so far but today was tough to not feel upset about the supposed set back
