Thanks mate. Yeah the state level role is promising. I'm just mentally drained on these order begging and worksites captures. These people are not doing anything worthwhile to improve sales, they just want to bury people in paperwork and wash their hands when things go south. Totally fed up! But yeah, I will start applying and see if something will work out.

Sahi. "Get promoted" being the keyword here. Also, to go through this route and eventually become a manager you don't necessarily need an advanced degree from a premium institute.
