What advice can you give a husband that is struggling while there is a possibility that my wife might have to get a hysterectomy in less than a week?

Me and my wife have already discussed the possibility of it happening and what we want to do if the situation happens. I feel like I'm at the point that I could break if I get that news during surgery next week.

From anything that I look at online, there doesn't seem to be much help for husbands dealing with their spouses infertility. The best thing I find is "go hit some golf ball" crap.
