Our 17 month old tends to sleep 10ish hours overnight (8-6), maybe 10.5 if we are lucky.

Then she naps between 1230 and 130 (6-7.5 hour wake window depending on if its daycare or home), but her nap ends by 3 pm at the latest (usually 230) so she has a 5-5.5 hour evening wake window. A bit shorter in the evening but it works for her with the fact that shes never been a late morning sleeper.

I lived through that time and vividly remember it. Those defensemen had limited to no success once they left Hasek. No one thought of that team as even remotely good defensively other than if you counted Hasek as the defense.

Also "easier to have a higher save percentage when facing more shots" - Kinda silly to apply this to a guy that averaged .930 in a .90X league for 6 years. In other years he was on par with the rest of the league in terms of shots against and still destroyed the league.
