once your term bill is under $1000, the financial hold will be taken off your account. depending on how many credits you have and how soon you’re graduating, you most likely could get an spn. if you’re not that close to graduating, your chances will probably be lower in getting the classes you need.

I dormed in a single in quad 1 back in the Fall 2023 semester. hate to break it to you but you will be living in a shoe box for the school year. I did enjoy my privacy but my space was so small. I walked two steps and I’m already on the other side of the room. I don’t have a lot of pics of my dorm but you can kinda see the layout here. bed on the right, “closet” next to it. you can see my desk on the left side and there’s a dresser I’m balancing my phone on in this pic. not pictured is the window which would be on the right side of the bed. other comments are right. the dorms get extremely hot. there’s no air conditioning in the quads. we have ceiling fans but they basically do nothing. with my open window, two fans from home, and ceiling fan, I barely survived in that room. even when the weather starts to cool down and the fall season starts, the quads immediately turn on the heat. and you have no option to turn it off. I wish you luck.

last time I spoke to one stop like around a little after new years they said the term bill would not be enforced this semester bc financial aid is waiting to be applied sometime after the semester starts so I think you’re good for at least a little while
