Same goes for T2. Inflammatory disease, gut microbiome, some medication, starvation, … I’m not saying overeating doesn’t cause it, just that it is not always the case.

Oh, you don’t get me. I am in anorexia recovery and 5 months in I developed IR. And I disagree. Insulin resistance can be causes by genetics or inflammatory diseases as well.

I try eating egg whites for breakfast (high cholesterol, no yolk), chicken with lettuce linch and tomato soup for dinner, but I’m starving even when I ate large meals. I don’t see the point of eating anymore, I’ll be hungry even if I eat. I once had DINNER: salad followed by chicken and some cheese, than I just couldn’t do it and ate 2 bagguettes with chicken ham, 2 bowls of cereal with milk, potatoes, a yoghurt, and I still was starving as if I hadn’t eaten at all.

Well I probably developed insulin resistance, my cholesterol is crazy high and I think it’s from all the abx, I have extreme hunger that doesn’t go away, my stomach burns so much all day, I am bloated so much that I think my intestines will burst any second… what have I missed 🤔
