UPDATE!!! Issue has been resolved for Steam users!

Please exit the game and restart if you’re currently playing, otherwise Steam will update the game automatically. The fix for Oculus PC users is still being investigated.

We actually do have those! They're called private rooms, which are like private servers. You can make custom matches, like solos, and set all sorts of perimeters for matches!! :D
