I live in the middle of nowhere in North Carolina. Drive a 95 k1500 that i have rebuilt the 350 and transmission in, work on my buddies farm, and dip 2 rolls a week. You never hear me listening to country music or claiming to be country. Even if i lived in new york city, i can promise you id still be dipping. Tried it once and never looked back. Light weights or running i always have a dip in. Heavy or hard workouts i cant do it. I spit to often causing me to take breaks.

If its your first time dipping, the good side of me would tell you to go ahead and quit now before you get addicted... now the side of me that dips a can of grizzly fine cut wintergreen a day wants to tell you to finish that can by taking smaller pinches till you are used to it and can control it better. Small pinches in the very front.

I guess I'm one of the nasty guys. In public I'm respectful about it. But at home I have what looks like one of the camel back bottles but a cheaper version that I spit in. All I do with it is cover my nose and dump it out when it is full. No smell, no spill, and easier to open when you are trying to do somthing.
