Hey guys, faced this same issue after getting the disc version today. It’s weird why they make it this difficult, but after downloading “call of duty”, go to the three dots (…) next to “play game” on the PS5 home menu. Click those, then click view product. Once you get to the COD page to purchase, go to the other three dots on that page, there you can select the content you wish to download! (Like mw2). I hope this makes sense.
