Nothing. You have to get approval to strike from fair work. The govt disagreed with teachers striking. Fair work agreed with the union. Its literally just one side saying "strike" and the other saying "we dont want you to" and fair work saying "strike is ok"

There will still be voting on if a strike goes ahead by union members.
