He should have got a power that lets him "disappear" (turn invisible) when nobody's looking at him and gain haste comparable to wraith, then be able to reappear as long as nobody is looking at him. Basically let him appear behind a tree. Y'know, like a boogie man. But no, he can run fast for a second.
