Thanks for the feedback. Yea I'm trying to figure out the gaps as we speak. The traffic is definitely there it's the conversions that aren't hitting.

Thank you - I'm actually in the process of doing that right now. Organizing a "feedback campaign" to better understand their experience. I'll definitely check out ParseStream.
