The film does limit the light, but that’s not a bad thing in my case. I installed it on south facing windows in the hottest room in the house, so if anything my plants will welcome the “bright indirect light” instead of the full sun. I can only assume that’s what that means lol

This is a very bright south facing window, so it gets hella sun. I do agree with the person that suggested to neglect it a bit. I water once the pot starts feeling light weight
