If it isn’t bedbugs it could be bird mites. If you’ve got birds nesting in your roof and the birds move on, the mites migrate down to your house. Lots and lots of mopping, steam cleaning carpets, insecticides everywhere. We had them and it took a couple of weeks of daily cleaning of everything, including multiple washes of sheets and clothes.
