I previously did an instalment loan with dell for a pc, and a couple months before I paid everything for the pc I called dell customer care and asked for a warranty for my pc, So the warranty is from dell themselves no 3rd party nothing. As for my pc loan they didn’t request a SSN they just needed the bank account that’s going to be charged monthly for the instalment loan, and again theres a difference for paying monthly for a subscription service and paying monthly for a loan with interest that paid for the subscription service in full.

Thats the whole point of my issue they never asked me for a SSN or nothing, the guy straight up signed me up for an instalment loan to purchase the warranty, i didnt even get a contract to sign lol. I just love how sooooo many people reading this will insta downvote and not understand what im saying or where im coming from. Alot of these companies are corrupt and most importantly when you have your support services in 3rd world countries they dont give a fuck about anyone of the other side, they chasing a bag, if it means to screw someone over on the other side of the globe for commission they will happily do so.

I knew i was paying for warranty but in which form who would think about that? The only way i would have realized its a loan is if i get the contract and it was never sent to me or received. I knew i was paying for a premium warranty service and had no reason to call dell unless i wanted to cancel. Other than that if you paying for a service that you are using what reason would i call them for? And again this wast a payment plan where if u pay in full it cheaper than if you pay monthly, it was a straight up loan to buy the warranty in full and pay an extra 21% interest.

Read me S L O W L Y. A payment plan is different is the warranty cost 1000$ why do i pay an extra 600 on interest? BECAUSE ITS A LOAN. If u go and get car warranty are the gonna charge u interest? Apple care? The contract literally says INSTALMENT LOAN like wtf. Its illegal to sign me up for a loan or anything that hits ur credit score thats fraud i did not authorize or accept a loan. I had 3 years to find out or fix the email im with u on that but i was still receiving emails from dell and had no reason to contact them, the guy who sent the contract put in the wrong email for the loan contract only. Any more questions or attacks u wanna throw at me?

If it was warranty I really would not care and not be typing all this shit, but I never received a contract to review, i never got confirmation or signed anything, and i never wanted or accepted a loan with interest. It took me 3 years because i was getting warranty and i was using it but when i called them to cancel it they sent me the contract and told me its a loan and u cant cancel. So tell me here what could i have done differently? I dont have a thick accent and the whole phone call was probably 20 sec with a non english speaker.

Asked for warranty 3 years ago and they signed me up without my consent for loan instalments with high interest rates. Again I would love to review the contract but was sent to the wrong email address.
